Complimentary Tox-Touch Up Policy
To qualify for a complimentary touch-up, you must have received the recommended dosage as prescribed by your provider.
- Touch-ups must be scheduled between day 14 and day 18 after your initial treatment.
- Any touch-ups after day 18 will incur a charge per unit.

What to Do After Your Treatment
- Stay Upright: Avoid lying down for at least 4 hours after your injections.
- Protect Your Skin: Always apply SPF 30+ sunscreen when going outside to protect your skin and prevent premature aging.
- Be Patient: Results develop gradually. Full effects may take up to two weeks to appear.
What to Avoid After Injectables
- Don’t Touch the Treated Area: Avoid rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure for at least 4 hours (this includes applying makeup, cleansers, or creams).
- No Strenuous Activity: Avoid exercise and vigorous physical activity for 24 hours post-treatment.
- Avoid Heat Exposure: Stay away from saunas, hot tubs, and tanning beds for at least 4 hours.
- No Hats, Massages, or Facials for 24 Hours: Pressure on the treated area can cause uneven distribution of the injectable.
Managing Side Effects
- Mild Swelling & Redness: This is normal and should subside within a few hours.
- Headache Relief: If you experience a headache, you can take acetaminophen or ibuprofen as needed.
- Bruising: Minor bruising may occur. Applying a cold compress can help reduce swelling.
